Beesan LTD is a new company based in Cardiff who manufactures a brand new Alcohol Free Hand Sanitising Gel.  The marketing campaign currently targets industry distribution networks although 2010 will be the year that a strong brand led marketing campaign begins with the goal of multinational listings for the gel as well as a further range of personal care products under the Beesan brand.  The company only began trading in October 2009 and so the marketing strategy is at a very early stage.

This is an opportunity for a student or graduate to join Beesan Ltd on a 12 week placement. The successful candidate will approach ISO distributors who are members of the Office Friendly Group with whom Beesan Ltd are an accredited supplier, arrange appointments for the Sales Director, co-ordinate samples, give presentations and strategise the sales campaign. The placement will also involve setting up and operating a CRM system.

This post would appeal to a dynamic, confident, creative person with sales and marketing skills, who enjoys the pressures of small business and meeting targets.  The person will report directly to the Managing Director with daily contact with the Sales Director.  The Sales Director is a fast moving operator who requires some assistance with co-ordination of appointments and sales presentations.  All feedback from the sales director will need inputting into a CRM system and so CRM skills are essential.

  • To build relationships with distributors, to generate sales (initial and ongoing), begin and maintain the CRM system for marketing and sales purposes.

To apply for this position candidates must have a degree in Business, Marketing or related. Candidates must also possess the following:

  • CRM experience
  • Sales and Marketing experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A good phone manner,
  • Confidence
  • Dynamic personality

A covering letter is preferred. Please put this on the same document as your CV when uploading it to the website.
