The successful candidate must have the desire to learn and develop in the role, as they will be introduced to a range of research methodologies, data processing, analysis and interpretation of social research.

What are you duties?
The successful candidate will assist the Consultants and Senior Consultants with the following:
• Background research to assist with the preparation of reports and tenders
• Assist in the set up, management and delivery of projects
• Checking and proofing reports
• Extraction and collation of questionnaire precedents to aid questionnaire design
• Liaising with the Senior Consultants, the project support team and the interview team to ensure the timely delivery of projects
• With support, assist with project implementation, including questionnaire development, client liaison for questionnaire/report/project approval, updating clients on the progress of projects, briefing interviewers
• Contribute to the direction of Wavehill Consulting with regard to business development and client service activities.
The suitable candidate will have:
• A knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research techniques
• A knowledge of basic statistical analysis
• A high standard of attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively both over the telephone and face-to-face
• Effective report writing skills
• A broad experience of using Microsoft applications, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ideally, the candidate will be fully bilingual and able to work through the medium of both Welsh and English, however this is not essential.

The successful candidate must be experienced in Microsoft Word packages.
The ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage, but not essential.
