The main activities associated with the Work Placement are:
- To assist in preparing data for a CRM system in order to produce marketing, sales and management information.
- To pilot and test use of CRM system including recording and segmentation of data and reporting of management information.
You will have produced key performance indicators and metrics for the business.
Ideally you will have a degree in either marketing or business.
You must competent in using the Internet, Microsoft Office.
You must be confident to use and explore unfamiliar software packages.
